Common questions
I can't sign in with Telegram
Make sure the Telegram app is installed and that you've pressed /start inside the Bananix bot after tapping "Sign in with Telegram". Then return to the app and wait a few seconds for the login to complete.
My credits are missing
If you previously bought credits through the Nano Banana Telegram bot, connect your Telegram account in Settings → Connect Telegram. Your balance and history will sync automatically.
A generation failed
Failed generations do not consume credits. Tap Retry. If it keeps failing, contact support with the prompt and a screenshot.
Payment didn't go through
Transactions usually settle within a few minutes. If you were charged but did not receive credits after 10 minutes, email support with the receipt — we will resolve promptly.
