• Telegram account data: When you sign in with Telegram, we receive your Telegram user ID, first name, last name, and username.
• Uploaded content: Photos you upload for AI processing and text prompts you write.
• Payment information: We do not store payment card data. Payments are processed by CloudPayments, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider.

Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: Device type, operating system, app version.
• Usage data: Features used, generation history, credit transactions.
• Push notification tokens: Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens for delivering notifications.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide AI image generation and editing services
• Process payments and manage your credit balance
• Send push notifications about generation status
• Improve service quality and troubleshoot issues
• Comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We share data only with:

• AI processing providers (RunBlob, KIE, Google Gemini): Images and prompts are sent for processing. These providers do not retain your data.
• Payment processors (CloudPayments): Only payment-related information.
• Firebase (Google): For push notifications.
• Legal authorities: If required by law.

Data Storage and Security

• Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest.
• Authentication tokens are stored in the device Keychain (iOS) or Keystore (Android).
• We implement industry-standard security measures.

Data Retention

• Generation history: Retained while your account is active.
• Generated images: Stored for 24 hours then automatically deleted.
• Account data: Retained until you request deletion.
• Payment records: Retained for 5 years as required by law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all associated data (Settings → Delete Account)
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time through the app: Settings → Delete Account → Confirm.

This will permanently remove:

• Your profile and personal information
• Generation history
• Credit balance
• Device tokens

This action is irreversible and takes effect immediately.

Children's Privacy

Bananix is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us for immediate deletion.

International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure adequate safeguards are in place.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the app or email.
